Extended Warranties

GRUPO FERRANTE informs some important observations about the GUARANTEE of the radios of the line Motorola Professional. Motorola do Brasil Ltda guarantees its two-way radios (APPLIANCES) against defects in material and workmanship, provided that such devices are operated in accordance with the conditions of use and operation specified in the respective User Manual for a period of 2 years. from the invoice date (of material acquisition). Attention, the warranty period is 24 months. If your APPLIANCE is defective during the warranty period, take it for repair to a MOTOROLA AUTHORIZED SERVICE post accompanied by the Warranty Certificate and the respective purchase receipt for the device. GRUPO FERRANTE is an authorized service station and serves customers from all over Brazil

If it is proven by technical reports that the problem found in your device (s) is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT and it is under warranty, the repair will be done immediately by qualified technicians. During the warranty period, your company will have NO CHARGE for repairs. Motorola's original accessories also follow the same criteria as radios, but the warranty period for such equipment is 1 year (12 months). With the exception of the MAG ONE accessory line, which has a 6-month warranty. MOTOROLA is not responsible for any accessories that are not supplied, nor will it be responsible for the proper functioning of the radio transmitter when used with accessories that are not MOTOROLA originals. GRUPO FERRANTE, following Motorola quality standards, clarifies which are the excluded items that the manufacturer's WARRANTY does not cover:

• Defects or damage resulting from the use of the APPLIANCE in a manner other than that specified in the respective User Manual. • Defects or damage resulting from repair, disassembly, testing, installation, alteration or any type of modification carried out by persons or technical assistance not authorized by MOTOROLA. • Breakage or damage to antennas, unless directly caused by defects in material or workmanship when manufactured. • Products that have had their serial number removed or made illegible. • Defects or damage caused by spilling food or liquids, causing oxidation of the plate. • Scratches, cracks, cracks or any other damage caused to the plastic surfaces and the external surfaces of the devices, due to the use different from that specified in the User Manual. • Defects or damage caused by dropping the device, negligence, accidents, electrical discharge or discharge into the electrical network. • Leather cases.
